Advantages and Disadvantages

The advantages of micro solenoid water valves include small size, fast response, precise control, etc., and because its working medium is water, it has advantages in certain specific application scenarios, such as food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing and other places that require high cleanliness. However, due to the conductivity of water, solenoid water valves require more effort in moisture-proof and waterproof design. In addition, since the specific gravity of water is greater than that of air, the mini electric water valve may require more power to drive under the same volume.

The advantage of mini air control valve is that it can quickly respond and control the flow and pressure of gas, and is suitable for gas pipeline systems that require quick response and precise control. In addition, because its working medium is air, it has advantages in some application scenarios that require lightweight and portability. However, since the specific gravity of air is greater than that of water, the miniature solenoid air valve may require more space to install under the same volume, and due to the poor conductivity of air, it may not provide as precise control as the solenoid water valve.
