1. Working principle of diaphragm pump and peristaltic pump
The core component of the micro diaphragm pump is the diaphragm, which is in a closed moves back and forth in the cavity, transporting fluid from one chamber to another chamber. The diaphragm is usually made of non corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials.
It is made of material and has certain elasticity and sealing properties. in micro compartment
In a membrane pump, the movement of the diaphragm is reciprocating motion.
In a reciprocating diaphragm pump, the diaphragm moves forward and backward driven by the motor.
Repeated motion to achieve fluid suction by changing the size of the chamber in and out. This type of diaphragm pump usually has a higher flow and lower head.
2. Structure: Each of the two symmetrical working chambers of the mini diaphragm pump is equipped with an elastic diaphragm. The connecting rod connects the two diaphragms into one. After the compressed air enters the gas distribution valve from the air inlet joint of the diaphragm pump, it pushes the two diaphragms. The action of the diaphragm in a working chamber drives the two diaphragms connected by the connecting rod to move synchronously. Each working chamber is equipped with two one-way ball valves. The reciprocating motion of the diaphragm causes a change in the volume of the working chamber, forcing the two one-way ball valves to open and close alternately to continuously inhale and discharge liquid. The micro-peristaltic pump delivers fluid by alternately squeezing and releasing the elastic delivery hose of the peristaltic pump.
3. Application: Micro diaphragm pumps are suitable for handling liquids with low viscosity, low concentration, non-corrosive or viscosity. Micro peristaltic pumps can handle a variety of fluids, including those with high viscosity, high concentration, and fluids containing solid particles.
4. Cleaning method: Peristaltic pumps are more convenient to disassemble and clean than diaphragm pumps.
