3, the adjustment mechanism disassembly to calibrate the length of the stroke position (stroke length of 5mm), remove the scale seat, slide the scale ring into the calibration position, the measured stroke length should be exactly the same scale;

2, the diaphragm replacement, disassembly small diaphragm pump head should be lifted in advance to prevent the fall damage;

4, when the piston is disassembled, use a special pointed tool to remove the packing ring from its slot, taking care not to damage the ring slot;

5, Worm wheel to be checked, the teeth should be intact, there should be no cracks or broken teeth, the installation to check the engagement conditions.
